Emergency Protection
At the time of Loss it is the insured’s responsibility to protect their property from further damage. The NEAC Team is there to provide support in the board up of the property, emergency electrical and plumbing repairs, and make all the necessary arrangements to secure the property from further damage.
Analysis of Insurance
Our analysis of your insurance policy is the most crucial part of what we do. This provides the scope of your coverage and the basis for our negotiation with the company. It is during this evaluation that we will be able to develop the best approach specific to your claim.
Evaluation of Damage
In many cases there will be multiple parts to your claim and your insurance company requires you as the insured to prove your loss. This is where having your own adjuster really makes a difference. Our structural and personal property specialists will utilize NEAC’s proprietary system of listing and determining the scope and value of the damaged structure and contents unique to every claim. It is here where we will develop and present all of the required forms and schedules. There are many details that are required to be presented to the company, and it is this step in the process that really allows you to have peace of mind knowing that we do all the work…positioning you for the best settlement.
Presentation of Claim
At the completion of all the expert and technical analysis the data is compiled, reviewed and presented in a manner which the company adjusters can make their recommendations for settlement and payment.

Accompanying the detailed write up of damages, is any supporting documentation validating your estimates ensuring the best possible payment? Any questions or communication and negotiation will be coordinated by NEAC again providing you with the freedom to focus on what counts…
Settlement
At this point is the process the NEAC Team has negotiated the best possible settlement for your damages utilizing the entire scope of your policy, statues and the law, uncovering the maximum advantage for you and your claim. Once the settlement is made our services don’t end there. We continue the process with extensive follow up on the physical payment, and we don’t stop until you have check in hand.
